Code of Conduct

Cheers for Champs wants all participants to have a safe and enjoyable time when they are at our event.  All the event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others.  This applies to all attendees, brewers, exhibitors, performers, sponsors, vendors and staff.

We believe that our community is open and inviting for everyone.  We are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all – regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, political beliefs, ethnicity or religion.  We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or violence in any form.

Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior will not be accepted.  Attendees who violate the code of conduct may be removed from the event and/or banned from attending future events at the discretion of the event organizers.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside alcohol

  • Bottles, drinking glasses (water bottles okay)

  • Weapons, guns, firearms, knives of any size, stun guns / tazers, bats or poles

  • Backpacks

  • Martial arts weapons, night sticks, nun chucks, billy clubs or self-defense sprays/mace/pepper

  • Dogs or pets (service dogs w/ADA certification allowed - emotional support animals are not allowed)

Bag Policy

If necessary, attendees are permitted to bring:

  • One clear bag that does not exceed 14″w x 14″h x 6″d in size OR

  • One small clutch/purse/wallet that does not exceed 6″w x 9″h x 1.5″d in size
